Whispers of the Bushveld
In the heart where the wild winds roam,
Where the earth and sky call home,
A land of golden grasses spread,
Where ancient trees raise their heads.
The sun sets low with a fiery glow,
Casting shadows where the creatures go,
A lion’s roar, a bird’s sweet song,
In the bushveld, they all belong.
Thorny acacias, tall and proud,
Stand against the skies, a living crowd,
Their roots in the earth, their branches high,
Gazing into the endless sky.
The smell of dust, the scent of rain,
A promise of life, through joy and pain,
In the silence, the whispers call,
Of nature’s beauty, standing tall.
A place where peace and wildness meet,
Where the rhythm of life feels complete,
The bushveld hums, a sacred sound,
In its embrace, we are unbound.
